In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the quality of the equipment, or the level of service that you were provided, you should contact us immediately. Please email to inform us of the problem including photos, outline the specific concern that you have and how you feel it is best rectified. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We will review the situation and respond to you within 24hrs.
Goods should not be returned unless you have been issued with a Return Authority Number (RAN). We will discuss the most appropriate method of returning the goods.
Please choose items carefully as we cannot refund for “change of mind” situations. Damages caused from misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly and irregular maintenance are also not eligible for a return or refund.
